Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timesaver Task Manager ("Timesaver", "the Service") provided by Mad Fitness Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using Timesaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About Timesaver
Timesaver is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform for managing staff tasks, checklists, clock in/out, inventory, equipment and day-to-day operations for small and medium businesses. It is available as a web application at timesavertaskmanager.com and as native mobile apps on iOS and Android.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- One account per person — do not share credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@timesavertaskmanager.com
3. Workspaces and Roles
When you sign up, you create a "workspace" for your business. The account holder becomes the Owner. The Owner can invite team members and assign them roles:
- Owner — full control of the workspace, billing, and staff management
- Manager — can create and assign tasks, view all staff activity at their assigned location
- Employee — can view and update tasks assigned to them
The Owner is responsible for all activity in their workspace and for ensuring team members comply with these Terms.
4. Subscription and Billing
Free trial
New workspaces receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, if you have not subscribed, the workspace enters read-only mode: you can view existing data but cannot create new tasks or invite new members.
Paid plans
Timesaver offers two monthly subscription plans:
- Starter — €29/month — up to 5 staff members, all core features
- Pro — €59/month — unlimited staff members, priority support
All prices are in Euro (EUR) and exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT will be added at checkout for customers in the EU.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel.
Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access until the end of the paid period
- We do not provide refunds for partial months
- We reserve the right to refund or credit amounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of service failure
Price changes
We may change our prices. If we do, we will notify affected customers at least 30 days in advance by email. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing period following the notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Timesaver for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other workspaces or the underlying infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages or bulk communications
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute access to the Service
- Impersonate another person or organisation
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the Service to harass, abuse or harm others
- Circumvent usage limits, security measures or access controls
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Timesaver (tasks, photos, voice notes, comments, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit that content solely to provide the Service to you and your workspace members.
You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload content that:
- Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
- Contains personal data of people who have not consented to be in your workspace
- Contains sensitive personal data (health information, identity documents, etc.) — Timesaver is not designed or certified to handle such data
7. Data Protection and Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.
8. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will give reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.
9. Intellectual Property
The Timesaver name, logo, design, software and all related trademarks are owned by Mad Fitness Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service.
10. Third-Party Services
Timesaver integrates with third-party services including Firebase, Stripe, Twilio and Google Cloud. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the actions or outages of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence)
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription from your account settings. We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment or prolonged inactivity. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted, except where law requires longer retention.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to workspace owners at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
